Cannabis giant Tilray Brands, Inc. TLRY TLRY announced Monday that it will launch new Charlotte's Web CWEB CWBHF CBD gummies in Canada.
The gummies will be on shelves at select cannabis retailers in Ontario and will be available in select provinces and retailers in October and November of this year. Products will also be available for purchase online through Tilray Medical's website.
The gummies, which come in 30-pack bottles, feature two different flavors: Berry & Fruit and Turmeric & Ginger, and each product contains 25 mg of premium CBD. The gummies contain full-spectrum CBD hemp extract blended with functional herbs and botanical supplements.
Charlotte's Berry & Fruit Webrest Gummies are formulated to support a relaxing routine, “post-workout, before bed, or anywhere in between, the ultimate way to rest or reset after a long day.” The company says that.

Turmeric and Ginger Charlotte's Web Life Gummies are formulated to “support an active lifestyle from day to night and help you conquer the busiest days of your life.”
These gummies are made in British Columbia's northern Okanagan Valley using hemp genetics developed exclusively by Charlotte's Web.

Meanwhile, the multi-billion dollar Canadian cannabis operator will announce its first quarter financial results this Thursday, Oct. 10, before financial markets open, and then at 8:30 a.m. ET the same day. A live conference call will be held to discuss the results.
In July, Tilray reported fourth-quarter fiscal revenue of $229,882,000, an increase of approximately 25% from the same period last year. Cannabis net revenue increased 12% to $71.9 million in the quarter, and beverage alcohol net revenue increased 137% to $76.7 million in the quarter.
Tilray Brands Chairman and CEO Irwin Simon said at the time that the company is “leading the convergence of cannabis, beverages and wellness on a global scale.”
