(NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Sunny Yee, a transformation and change management expert, as Managing Director and Head of North Asia Business Transformation Practice. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Yi served as Managing Partner of Korea for a global consulting firm. He also previously served as managing partner of Bain & Company's Seoul office and leader of the firm's Asia operational improvement practice. Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Yi served as a managing partner at Kearney in Chicago, where he founded the Seoul office and played a leadership role in the firm's expansion across offices in Asia.
Mr. Yi was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Shinhan Digital Solutions Company, where he was responsible for the digital management of Shinhan Financial Group, South Korea's largest financial group with 18 operating companies in 35 countries and USD 1 trillion in assets under management. and Chief Transformation Officer.
