Police are searching for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Melbourne's CBD last month.
A 30-year-old North Melbourne man is understood to have been involved in an altercation with another unknown man outside a licensed store on King Street in Melbourne's CBD at around 11.50am on September 22. .
A man wearing white clothing was seen running from the scene.
Victoria Police released the footage in hopes of speaking to the man in the photo.
Just as the 30-year-old man was leaving in a taxi, an unknown man stabbed him twice.
On Thursday, Victoria Police released CCTV footage of a man they would like to talk to.
The footage showed an unknown man wearing a black and white hoodie and black pants looking around and yelling at another person in front of the car.
He was then seen fleeing the scene on foot through traffic.
A North Melbourne man was taken to hospital with serious injuries and underwent surgery after being stabbed.
Following the incident, Victoria Police released CCTV footage in an attempt to find the man.
He was last seen wearing a black and white hoodie, black pants, black shoes and a black bag.
