LAHORE: Directorate General of Evaluation, Feedback, Inspection and Monitoring (DEFIM) of the Prime Minister's Department Brig (retd) Babar Alauddin visited the Punjab Central Business District (CBD Punjab) on Wednesday. He emphasized that Walton Road and other CBD projects will be completed in a timely manner as directed by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
Brigadier General Babar Alauddin praised the ongoing efforts and emphasized the importance of the CBD NSIT City project. He praised CBD Punjab's effective working model and its innovative projects and hailed it as being pivotal to the development of Punjab. He said, “I am impressed by CBD Punjab's proactive approach and commitment to delivering impactful projects.”
During the visit, CBD Punjab CEO Imran Amin gave a comprehensive briefing on the authority's mission, vision, business model, ongoing projects and highlighted the timeline for completion. He also provided updates on major projects such as Route 47 and the Walton Level Crossing Viaduct, and detailed the revenue-sharing models put in place for sustainable development.
