On3 recently sat down with Texas Longhorns running back legend Ricky Williams to discuss marijuana's history with cannabis following the NCAA's decision to lift its ban on marijuana use. Williams claims he didn't try marijuana for the first time until his senior season at the University of Texas. In fact, when Williams won the Heisman Trophy in 1998 with more than 2,000 rushing yards and 27 touchdowns, he cited cannabis as a reason for his success that season.
