A man accused of approaching children at a fast food restaurant, offering to buy them drinks, inviting them to his home, holding their hands and kissing them against their will has appeared in court.
Tyrone Smith appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Friday, accused of approaching “various teenagers” at a fast food restaurant in the Perth CBD between 4pm and 6pm on Wednesday.
It is alleged that he offered to buy the children alcohol, invited them to his home, and made sexual comments to them.

“Additionally, he is suspected of kissing and holding the hands of several children against their will and attempting to do the same to other children,” police said.
The 41-year-old did not apply for bail, but his lawyer on duty asked for an adjournment of several weeks as he had other matters in the local court.
Mr Smith is charged with two counts of indecency with a child over the age of 13 and one under the age of 16, and breach of bail conditions.
He is scheduled to appear in court again on December 13th.
